Our Story
What began with tennis quickly grew into a network of school partnerships and expanded to include pickleball and tutoring with a student-centered approach.
Darren Chase
Founder & CEO
Darren Chase is the Founder and CEO of Chase Youth Programs LLC, an Atlanta-based youth development company providing afterschool enrichment, athletics, tutoring, camps, and community-based programming for schools and families.

Under Darren’s leadership, Chase Youth Programs has grown to partnerships with more than 25 schools and community organizations, serving hundreds of students each semester across a rapidly expanding portfolio of programs. The organization works with a growing team of instructors, coaches, administrators, and program leaders to deliver school-ready programming across athletics, enrichment, STEAM, leadership, community service, and academic support.

Darren’s focus is not simply on adding programs, but on building the infrastructure required to operate them at scale. His work includes developing school partnerships, creating new program models, recruiting and training staff, building operational systems, expanding community access, and designing programs that can be adapted to the individual needs of each school.

Before founding Chase Youth Programs, Darren built and managed large-scale youth programming across both school and community settings. He previously launched a school programs division that grew from a pilot into partnerships with 16 schools and organizations, more than 35 weekly programs, approximately 350 students, and a team of roughly 40 coaches and administrators. He also helped lead nonprofit initiatives that reached nearly 1,000 students in a single summer, raised more than $100,000, and developed partnerships with more than 25 organizations. Those experiences gave him firsthand insight into both the operational demands schools face and the challenges involved in scaling high-quality youth programming.

Earlier in his career, Darren founded Socializing for Senior Citizens, a nonprofit created during the COVID-19 pandemic to address isolation among older adults. The organization coordinated more than 120 volunteers and partnered with more than 10 senior living communities.

Today, Darren is focused on the next stage of Chase Youth Programs’ growth: expanding its network of school and community partners, strengthening its leadership and operational infrastructure, developing new academic and enrichment offerings, and increasing access to high-quality youth programming throughout Atlanta and across Georgia.

His long-term vision is to build Chase Youth Programs into one of Georgia’s leading youth enrichment organizations, known not simply as a program provider, but as a trusted operational partner to schools and communities.
