Darren Chase

Founder & CEO

Darren Chase is the Founder and CEO of Chase Youth Programs LLC, where he builds and scales afterschool, enrichment, and youth development programs for schools and communities across Atlanta. His work focuses on designing programs that operate effectively both within school systems and through community-based partnerships.

Prior to launching Chase Youth Programs, Darren led large-scale program development through Agape Tennis Academy and the Agape Tennis Foundation, working on both sides of afterschool programming. On the school side, he worked directly with administrators and faculty to design, schedule, and operate afterschool and enrichment programs that aligned with school-day operations. At The Galloway School, he served in leadership roles supporting aftercare, enrichment, and camp programming for students from Pre-K through eighth grade, gaining firsthand experience operating programs within a school environment. On the community side, he built and managed off-campus programs across multiple sites, overseeing partnerships, staffing, and program delivery.

During this period, Darren founded and scaled Agape’s School Programs division from an initial pilot to 16 schools and contract partners running more than 35 weekly programs and serving approximately 350 students. In a six-month period alone, these programs supported more than $200,000 in youth programming and were tracking for over $500,000 annually without additional growth. He managed a team of roughly 40 coaches and administrators and led staffing, training, and operational systems.

In parallel, Darren led Foundation initiatives that reached nearly 1,000 students in a single summer, with the vast majority participating at no cost. He raised more than $100,000, built partnerships with over 25 organizations, expanded community afterschool programming, and initiated the process of onboarding as a USTA NJTL chapter.

Earlier in his career, Darren founded Socializing for Senior Citizens, a nonprofit created during the COVID-19 pandemic to address isolation among older adults. The organization coordinated over 120 volunteers and partnered with more than 10 senior living communities.

Through Chase Youth Programs, Darren now focuses on expanding school partnerships, afterschool enrichment, tutoring, athletics, and community-based programs, bringing together his experience working both inside schools and across broader community settings.
